1. All individuals must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to participate in Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards.
2. Members may sign in to any slot machine by inserting their Elite Rewards player card OR by keying in their PHONE NUMBER ON THE KEYPAD.
3. A valid driver’s license will be required for membership registration.
4. Only Members listed on Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards account may receive account information or engage in any transactions relating to the account. The sharing of cards is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards.
5. Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards are not transferable without prior written approval from Winners Gaming.
6. Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards points are earned by Members in accordance with their gaming activity. Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards may revise the method for earning points without notice at their discretion. Points may be earned and redeemed at all Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards properties. All points are considered promotional and may not be cashed out.
7. Points are redeemable for six (6) months from the date they were earned. All points in an account that have not been redeemed will be deleted if no activity has occurred on that account within 6 months. Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards may change this criterion at its discretion.
8. Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards card must be property inserted in the card reader in order to record play and earn points. If the LCD on the scanner does not acknowledge the Member by either his/her registered first name or as “Guest”, the slot machine will not record Member play. The card must then be re-inserted to work properly. It is the Member’s sole responsibility to insure their card was properly inserted
9. Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards account discrepancies should be reported immediately to Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards to be eligible for reconsideration.
10. Any misuse of Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards card or improper play as determined by Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards in its sole discretion may result in forfeiture of all Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards account points. In addition, such misuse or improper play may result in the cancellation of the Member’s participation in Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards.
11. Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards members should notify Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards of any name, address or telephone number changes in order to continue to receive information on Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards benefit.
12. Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards reserves the right to deny an application to participate in Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards or revoke Winners Gaming (Elite)
    Rewards Member’s card at any time in their sole discretion.
13. Participation in this promotion constitutes Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards Member’s agreement to abide by the Official Rules of Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards and the decisions of Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards,
14. Any and all applicable taxes relating to Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards Member receiving any awards are the sole responsibility of the Member.
15. Any disputes will be resolved by management of Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards. Gaming Control Board will arbitrate any disputes related to the club which cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the Member.
16. Any Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards card that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, or mechanically reproduced, is damaged, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these Official Rules is automatically void. In addition, Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards reserves the right to void any Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards at any time in its sole discretion.
17. Any rule or procedure relating to Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards may be changed, modified or canceled by Winners Gaming (Elite) Rewards at any time in its sole discretion.
